The Key To Preparing For Birth Is Conditioning The Pelvic Floor That's The Exact Reason I Created This Online Program

Birth Is Scary!

Yes it's a natural part of life, but it's scary! All of a sudden everything changes for you and you lose a lot of control. Someone is sharing your body with you and you kind of just have to go with the flow. As the months pass the very real fact that this baby is going to have to get out... and you will be the one to make it happen.

We hear the "your body will know what to do you don't need a birth plan" even though you are kind of forced to create one. Then you hear stories for 9 months about other people's experiences and they aren't always sunshine and rainbows...

A lot of the education we get during pregnancy is how to care for baby, but how can you care for you? How can you go into the birthing experience with the actionable steps and education you need? One of the biggest ways to combat fear is to know what to expect and how to deal with it

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: When Should I Start This Program?

It's never too early or too late to start Pelvic Floor Conditioning For Birth!

Question 2: What If I Plan To Have An Epidural Will This Still Help Me?

Absolutely! The skills you learn in this program help you create a mind body connection with your pelvic floor. A lot of our clients opt for an epidural and the breathing techniques have been a game changer for their deliveries! But they've also been able to prevent aches and pains from arising throughout their pregnancies and have healed amazingly because they were able to breathe their baby our just as easily as our clients who don't receive an epidural.

Question 3: Will This Help Me Have A VBAC?

Our VBAC success rate in our office is extremely high because we address the scar tissue present in the abdominal wall and release the pelvic floor muscles manually. This program paired with seeing a Pelvic Expert Physical Therapist will help support you on your journey to a successful VBAC!

Question 4: How Is This Different Than A Birth Class?

This program is focused on learning to coordinate your pelvic floor, these muscles need to be relaxed during the birthing process. Naturally we hold these muscles very tight; stress, pain and pregnancy in general add strain to these muscles. If they are tight it contributes to issues like; S.I. joint pain, Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction, Constipation, Incontinence, Hip and Back Pain, Sciatica, Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Pain With Intimacy are all connected to these pelvic floor muscles. These issues are common during pregnancy but they are not normal and are signs you are dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction. These issues are a red flag during pregnancy because they are a sign that you have a tight pelvic floor which can lead to a longer labor, high chance of c-section or birth injury.
