What I wanted to show throughout this entire program is that healing after babies through your pelvic floor is the way to living a supple and healthy life. From the minute you are pregnant, your body changes.
Those changes and developments need to be supported and once the baby is evacuated through delivery, whether the vagina or through the abdominal wall, the tissue and body is injured.
On top of being affected from the changes during pregnancy, the body now has injuries from birth that require healing. That healing must go on past the six weeks postpartum mark.
Leaving the body up to its own accord is only going to cause compensation patterns that come back later in life to bite you in the butt with aches and pains and issues that will require therapy that, unless these initial injuries are addressed, are not going to get to the root cause of the issues.
Therefore, you will find yourself changing pains and issues with irrelevant therapies, pills, injections, and surgeries. What I want you to take away from this program is that it is never too late to heal your body after birth.
